The MMG offering has no minimum (an advantage of Reg A+over the traditional S-1 IPO) and a maximum of $19.95 million dollars at a pre-money valuation of $51 mill. The company's market is forecast to grow to $64 billion by 2019, representing a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 10.2%.
