Nobody Died In Commercial Jet Crashes In 2017: Good News, But Not As Good As You Might Think

By any measure global commercial aviation’s safety record last year was remarkable. The odds of a passenger being killed in a crash are one in 16 million. But it would be a huge mistake to conclude that all is well operationally with the world’s airlines.
