Game theory can help us handle North Korea. The situation is extremely dangerous, but we are playing a losing game -- appeasement. Setting a no further missile development or testing red line for Kim Jong-Un is a strategy that's works best in the two key cases -- Kim Jong-Un is and is not suicidal.
