Tiger Woods, Even With 'Chicken Legs', Wishes PGA Tour Would Allow Players To Wear Shorts

Tiger Woods said he "would love" for the PGA Tour to relax is dress code and permit players to wear shorts. Currently, only caddies are permitted to wear shorts during PGA Tour events. The European Tour permits its players to wear shorts during practice rounds and Pro-Am competitions.
