The industry reduced its denied boardings and consumer complaints in 2017. Still, users of travel website TripAdvisor ranked only one U.S. carrier among the world's Top 10 - Southwest, which doesn't even offer first class, assigned seats, inflight meals and other amenities conventional carriers do.
