As the three biggest enterprise-cloud players--Microsoft, Amazon and IBM--prepare to post Q1 earnings later this month, it's important to bear in mind that while Microsoft was #1 in cloud revenue for calendar 2017 at $18.6 billion, IBM grabbed the top spot in Q4 with cloud revenue of $5.5 billion.
