Improving Campus Intellectual Diversity: Have More Outside Speakers

College campuses are justly criticized for having little intellectual diversity. Bringing in more outside speakers not adhering to the prevailing left-of-center perspective would help alleviate the problem, although evidence suggests to date this approach has had only modest effects.
