I’m envious. My medical school classmate, climbed a mountain with his patient, and not just any mountain. Dr. Bilimoria and Ken Brown, a survivor of pancreatic cancer, ascended Mount Kilimanjaro. I’m envious because none of my patients survives Alzheimer's disease. So what do I have to offer them?
