Pictet's Strategist: Invest At Least 20% Outside U.S.

Luca Paolini, Chief Strategist for Pictet Asset Management, expects the U.S. economy to grow 2.5% this year, but said that's not great. He said this is the best time for U.S. investors to start investing internationally and recommends they put 40% of their assets outside the U.S.
