BAO founders Erchen Chang and brother and sister Shing Tat and Wai Ting Chung (all three in their 20s) have been backed by the august Sethi family (Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Lyle's) and created one of the most delightful restaurants in London. It's unusual not to see a queue out the door.
