Stolen Edgar Degas Pastel, Valued at $1-Million, Recovered In the Luggage On A Bus Outside Paris

Eight years ago, a million-dollar pastel by Edgar Degas, was stolen from a museum in Marseille. French customs police just recovered the Impressionist masterpiece in the luggage compartment of a public bus outside Paris, but the recovery raises more questions about the theft than it answers.
