There have only ever been three types of chocolates in existence: dark, milk and white. Until now. Ruby chocolate is "the fourth chocolate," made with special ruby cacao beans. Nestle has used it to make special "ruby" KitKats that are currently selling like pink hotcakes in Japan and South Korea.
