Business students are all exposed to the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis tool. Last week there were interesting stories on Amazon, AGCO, 3G Capital, and KFC that illustraterd different aspects of SWOT in the supply chain realm.
