I was shocked and saddened by news of the sexual harassment and other allegations leveled at former SoFi CEO Mike Cagney. Today I am optimistic that Anthony Noto's March 1 appointment at SoFi CEO will boost the odds that SoFi goes public. That's bad news for Twitter investors.
