What's Wrong With The New RAISE Act To Help Family Caregivers

Clearly a national family caregiver strategy is needed and RAISE is a start, but it seems unlikely that our polarized Congress would vote to actually fund any programs a national strategy would envision. The cost of helping caregivers financially will be high.
