California's Medicaid expansion is overenrolled and over budget. Predicted to cost roughly $11.6B for three years, The actual cost--an astounding $43.7B. Enrollment is almost 3M over prediction. Federal lawmakers must demand accountability, as the truly needy and taxpayers are taking a bath.
