Cinetrip is staging its annual end-of-the-year bacchanal as usual, at Budapest's landmark Szechenyi Baths on Saturday night, at which two thousand bathing-suit-clad guests will dance in the outdoor pools until three. But that's just scratching the surface of the winter bathing possibilities.
