Sarah Palin's defamation suit against The New York Times was dismissed in August, but the former GOP vice-presidential candidate has filed an appeal to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Expect Palin to argue the judge denied her a fair day in court because he didn't let her amend the suit.
