Once in a blue moon an outlier gets elected to Congress. This has happened exactly twice in my lifetime. Those outliers, were Rep. Jack Kemp, who restored America (and the world) to economic vitality and Rep. Charlie Wilson who won the Cold War. Lonegan just might be another wild deuce.
