The Japanese Food Boom Shows No Sign Of Slowing Down

Even the CIA is interested in Japanese cuisine (Washoku). The CIA being the well-respected Culinary Institute of America established in 1946. A special course on creating Japanese cuisine is now part of the curriculum.
