Energy Secretary Rick Perry asked FERC to regulate electricity pricing so that baseload power plants, like nuclear, that keep 90 days of fuel supply on site, can recoup their full costs. The Oil&Gas industry, along with renewable energy groups and environmentalists, immediately attacked.
