Do Cakes And Floral Arrangements Raise First Amendment Issues?

The Supreme Court will hear one (possibly two) cases where a business owner declined to contract with a customer because of his religious beliefs. The cases will be argued on First Amendment grounds, but I contend that what's more clearly at issue is simple freedom to contract or not.
