llinoisans had better hope that Governor Bruce Rauner and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel can land Amazon's "HQ2," because Wisconsin Gov. Walker isn't promising them the windfall they're hoping from the Foxconn project that is locating to the north of them in Wisconsin.
