Privacy Isn't A Zero-Sum Game -- The Truth About The FISA Amendments Act

Intelligence Director Dan Coats is coaxing Congress to renew the FISA Amendments Act, a 2008 law that allows the NSA to tap into the communications of “non-U.S. persons” outside the U.S. and that allows the NSA to listen in on American citizens caught up “incidentally” without a warrant.
