How An Ultra Rare 58 Bottle Japanese Whiskey Collection Got A $500K Price Tag

Sotheby’s is auctioning off what they say is the first ever sale of a complete set of 58 bottles of Ichiro’s Card Series. The malts come from the now defunct Hanyu distillery in Japan. The auction house expects the collection with secondary releases to fetch half-a-million dollars.
