Court Upholds Fourth Amendment -- Police Need A Warrant To Track Cellphones

Cellphone-tracking devices originally designed for use on foreign battlefields in Iraq are now being used by police departments in at least 23 states and the District of Columbia, but a D.C. court just ruled they need a warrant first.
