Connecticut finds itself at a tipping point. The state can follow the lead of Illinois by continuing to raise taxes and avoid needed spending reform. Or Connecticut can follow the path of Gov. Scott Walker's Wisconsin, a state that has provided tax relief while making needed entitlement reforms.
