Women Bring Higher Returns, Yet Are Not On Boards When Companies Go Public

While this summer has brought an increased awareness that it is not only good for a businesses diversity number to get women on board, it’s also good for their bottom line, it’s also reminded us that we have a long way to go to achieve gender equality in corporate leadership.
