When A Court Sides With Airline Passengers On Cramped Seating It's Not Necessarily A Good Thing

A Federal Court in Washington, D.C., is coming to consumers’ "rescue" by ordering a reluctant Federal Aviation Administration to review its long-standing position that the size of airline seats should not be subject to federal regulation. That's not the win for consumers that it would appear to be.
