Everyone measures the size of power plants wrong, using Nameplate capacity instead of produced power. The world’s biggest power plant is Brazil’s Itaipu Dam, producing 103 billion kWhs/year, not China’s Three Gorges Dam (93 billion kWhs). Half of the ten biggest plants are hydro, half are nuclear.
