Students Rise To The Culinary Challenge

On the heels of a successful Los Angeles competition, Chicago students participating in the Careers through Culinary Arts Program competed in teams to develop an inflight meal using local, seasonal ingredients through the Rising Chef Challenge with help from The Trotter Project chefs.
