Student Writers Mock 'Safe Spaces' Idea; Can The University Retaliate Against Them?

After a student publication at a public university in California mocked the idea that the campus needed "safe spaces," the university shut off funding for all student publications in obvious retaliation. The students sued arguing First Amendment violation and the case is heading for the 9th Circuit.
