The California Court of Appeals has recognized that reverse veil piercing may be used to set aside the legal separateness of a Delaware LLC which was substantially (99%) owned by the debtor, distinguishing Postal Instance Press v. Kaswa Corp., which rejected reverse veil piercing as to corporations.
