On Sunday, the brilliant comedic satirist, John Oliver, presented a very funny, if basically wrong, segment on nuclear waste. I was confused since it's obvious he, or his researchers, had never talked with an actual nuclear scientist, uncharacteristic of his usual attention to scientific detail.
