Mindful Movement: Why and How To Do a Walking Meditation

Many modern teachers believe walking meditations can be as beneficial as seated meditations. And they have a wonderful advantage in that you can do them almost anywhere and anytime. I’m excited to share instructions for how to do a walking meditation.
