Quite so, they get to decide their side of La Manche, whatever the citizenry, we our, and to arbitration when that's not enough. Sure there will be interaction between the ECJ and British courts but that's the point, interaction, not legal sovereignty. The rest of it is just lawyers' knavish tricks.
