Color Genomics, a Burlingame, Calif.-based startup that made a name for itself selling tests for genes that dramatically raise the risk of cancer, is moving into heart disease. In doing so, it is stepping more deeply into the continuing debate over the medical and economic value of plumbing our DNA.
