This is “Matatu” culture in Kenya, the practice of pimped-out, color-exploding, happy-tatted local transit buses. Are we talking LSD-tripping bus culture like those Tom Wolfe chronicled in “The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test” of the 1960s? Um, no.
