Nelson Peltz wants a seat on PG’s board and if he’s on the ballot, I’ll vote my meager number of shares in his favor. PG is a pretty decent investment right now. But Peltz could be the catalyst PG needs to make some structural corrections, and that gives the stock an extra “special situation” angle.
