Scot Tatelman and Jacq Tatelman are the husband and wife duo behind the social impact brand. The Brooklyn-based couple founded Country Roads Foundation, a nonprofit organization which sends under privileged New York City kids to summer camp in 2009, which led them to their idea for State Bags.
