French President Macron is juggling a diverse cabinet of ministers, some who would cut nuclear power and some who would not. Left-leaning energy minister, Nicolas Hulot, wants to cut while the new Prime Minister, Edouard Philippe, from the nuclear company Areva, wants to maintain nuclear as is.
