Congress is Set to Protect Consumers from the CFPB

An excellent case can be made that weaknesses in the current legal framework made what happened at Wells more likely to occur. Congress should waste no time in nullifying the arbitration rule and then adopting Dodd-Frank reforms such as those included in the Financial CHOICE Act.
