Call it "only in California": Caitlyn Jenner indicating that she's giving serious thought to running for the U.S. Senate. Maybe she is or isn't still a Republican, but what Jenner represents is a distraction -- less focus on he state's woes and an excuse for the Kardashians to keep self-promoting.
