Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV dismissed the case on April 28, ruling attorneys at Milberg LLP who represented a whistleblower participated in “an elaborate series of falsehoods, misrepresentation, and deceptive conduct." A month later, those attorneys filed their notice of appeal.
