After Dao Debacle, New Overbooking Plan May Be Good For United Airlines But Not For Passengers

Following United's forcible removal of a passenger in April due to overbooking, a new initiative the carrier is rolling out this week to try to get passengers to give up seats well ahead of their travel date may be be a smart move for the airline but not the best deal for consumers.
