A glut of eggs has produced major discounts for consumers. But for Cal-Maine Foods, the nation's largest shell egg producer, the situation isn't so fun. The company reported fourth quarter and fiscal 2017 earnings results Monday morning that were markedly lower than what it reported in 2016.
