The Colorado Supreme Court has affirmed the decision of the Colorado Court of Appeals in the JPMorgan Chase Bank v. McClure case, holding that the McClures's charging orders had lien priority being obtained first in Colorado, despite Chase's earlier charging order lien obtained in Arizona.
